THIS IS A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT SURVEY ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, REQUEST FOR QUOTE, OR INVITATION FOR BID. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.

The General Services Administration's Public Buildings Service is soliciting comments from the construction community of Jefferson County, AR, regarding the use of Project Labor Agreements (PLAs) for large-scale federal construction projects exceeding $35 million (pursuant to Executive Order 14063). This PLA survey is being posted for Construction Services to remodel the existing building Suite 5D to include a new single story 32,000SF Pathology Lab with an 18,000SF mechanical mezzanine located in Jefferson AR.
