Sources Sought Announcement for the Marine Coprs Installations Pacific- Marine Corps Base Camp Bulter (MCIPAC-MCBB), United States Marine Corps (USMC) Chapels Religious Support Services
DESCRIPTION:
The U.S. Marine Corps Pacific Command (MCIPAC) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) is seeking written responses with information to assist the Government in identifying potential sources that are interested in and capable of performing the support services described in the attached Draft Perfomance Work Statement (PWS).
MCIPAC-MCBB provides base support service for USMC ground forces on Okinawa, Japan. As such, MCIPAC-MCBB provides religious worship opportunities (in accordance with the Free Exercise of Religion) for servicemembers and their families on the various Marine Corps Camps across Okinawa, Japan. The scope of this requirement includes providing religious support services at Camp Foster, Camp Courtney, Camp Hansen, and Camp Kinser.
The planned period of performance of this contract is 15 March 2025-14 March 2026, with four optional periods of performance.
The anticipated contract vehicle is a firm fixed price contract.
Preliminarily, the Government is seeking to determine if these commercial services are available from one provider, or will the services need to be performed by three independent providers: (1) Music Director (2) Keyboardists (3) Coordinators of Religious Education (CREs).
The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of accomplishing the required work outlined in the Draft PWS under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 813110 – Religious Organizations.
Interested vendors may submit a written Statement of Capabilities of sufficient detail demonstrating their capability of providing services that meet the requirements of the attached DRAFT PWS. Only those responders that are able to meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice:
- Entity is capable of meeting ALL specifications outlined in the attached DRAFT document,
- Entity has an active and current registration in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov), and
- Entity does NOT appear on the Excluded Parties List
Part of the purpose of this notice is to determine the viability of set aside to a specific socio-economic category. This information will be used to determine the viability of a set aside for this requirement. Each response shall reference the Sources Sought title, Vendor's name and the following Vendor information:
- Point of Contact (along with telephone and email address);
- Unique Entity ID (UEI);
- Contractor Address;
- Business size for NAICS code as registered in the System for Award Management (SAM); and
- Intent to Subcontract
This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation. No award will be made as a result of responses to this sources sought notice.
