SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS
Polyalphaolefin (PAO) chillers and remote manifolds diagnosis and repair

NOTICE: This is not a solicitation.
The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is to conduct market research to determine responsible sources capable of providing diagnosis and repair of communication faults within Polyalphaolefin (PAO) chillers and remote manifolds.
This Firm Fixed-Price procurement shall be performed at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB).
SCOPE:
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel and equipment to perform the following tasks:
• Troubleshoot: Investigate and identify the root cause of the communication faults between the PAO chillers and the remote manifolds.
• Repair: Implement the necessary repairs to restore full communication and functionality to the affected systems.
Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed specifications.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice, if
applicable, and identify your capability of providing for this requirement. Please also
provide the following information:

2. Responses are due NLT 11:00 AM EST, 06 May 2026.
3. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information
in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requested.
4. The Government will use the information obtained via this SSS to determine the best
acquisition strategy for the procurement of IUID Hardware Support Services.
