Reliance 7000 Exam and Minor Procedures Chair (P/N 070025)

Chair must be able to rotate/swivel at least 330 degrees.
Chair lift capacity must be 600 pounds.
Chair back must be able to be reclined near flat.
Chair must have a minimum ground to seat height of at least 20 inches.
Chair must be able to raise the patient at least 28 inches from the ground.
Chair needs to have controls on both sides of the chair to control height and reclining positions
Chair must have foot pedal included to control height and reclining positions.
Chair needs to be compatible with a chair mover (or glider) to accommodate patients in wheelchairs who cannot transfer to the exam chair.
Chair needs to be compatible with Reliance instrument stand.
Chair should come with a 2-year warranty with the option of an extended warranty.

Counterbalanced slit lamp arm needs to allow 12 of vertical travel and be able to support instruments up to 60 lbs.
The upper refractor arm has a minimum of 10 vertical range, and delivers instruments weighing up to 20 lbs.
Stand needs to have ability to control the height of the exam chair.
Stand needs to have three designated instrument recharging stations, minimum of three instruments at a time.
Stand needs to have built in standard plug outlets on the back of the unit.
Stand needs to have an overhead halogen lamp on adjustable arm for minor procedures.
Stand must be compatible with Reliance exam chairs.
Stand must have an option for a Room Light Control that activates all room lighting from the stand or small console. Lighting adjusts based on instrument moves or quick manual adjustment.
Stand should come with a 2-year warranty with the option of an extended warranty.

Must be triggered manually and automatically by handheld instrument movement.
Must be able to control, incandescent, fluorescent, and LED lighting.

Must require minimal exam room rewiring.
Reliance 940 Chair Glide/Chair Mover (P/N 940002)

Must be compatible with the Reliance Exam Chairs.
Must have a stainless-steel base plate and a heavy-duty cast aluminum carriage.
Must enable the practitioner to effortlessly slide chair out of the way and replace it with a wheelchair with a 27 range of travel.
Must have a conveniently located foot lever that activates and releases a friction lock that secures the chair in position anywhere along its 27 path.
Glide should come with a 2-year warranty with the option of an extended warranty.
