RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.

  2. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include:

    1. Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e-mail address of company point of contact.

    2. System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number.

    3. Capabilities Statement: Documentation demonstrating the ability to perform high-performance hydraulic system modernization, including engineering design, part procurement, and demolition/installation/commissioning as outlined in the SOO.

    4. Preliminary estimate and lead time.



  3. Submission: Provide your company’s response to meet the subject requirement by the 10:00 AM CDT on 17 July 2026 to the announcement to the POCs listed.
