The Contractor shall provide appropriate molecular testing including (genomic sequencing classifier and or variant/fusion panel) depending upon the cytology diagnosis of fine needle aspirations (FNAs) from thyroid nodules for patients at Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC), 4212 North 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016, Pathology Department as described herein.
