This is a Sources Sought Notice for PEO IEW&S to gain capability information from industry to inform market research for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS) program. TIGS SoS is a U.S. Army satellite communications system composed of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) computers and communications equipment, trailers, antennas, power generators and custom software solutions. Specific functional capabilities and core competencies of interest to the Government include design and prototyping, production, pre-planned product improvements (P3I), testing, and integrated product support (IPS) for surveillance, reconnaissance, and/or command and control (C2) capabilities using terrestrial and/or space systems.
The Government is requesting white papers, capability briefs, and/or capability demonstrations addressing the capabilities and core competencies listed above. Respondents should detail your ability to perform on a potential TIGS SoS MAIDIQ contract. This potential MAIDIQ contract may have a broad scope of work, so focus white papers, capability briefs, and/or capability demonstrations on where you expect to perform the strongest.
