This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify potential sources capable of providing Telecommunication services for NIPR at Al Udeid Airbase (AUAB), Qatar. The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items to perform ISDN Landline Telecommunication Services as defined below for Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Qatar. This requirement has been purchased in the past through Blanket Ordering Agreement (BOA) FA570217G0001. The contractor on the referenced BOA was Ooredoo. Currently, market research indicates that only Ooredoo (formerly Qatar Telecommunications) possesses the existing landline infrastructure on AUAB and the capability to provide the required copper wiring for landline services. The Government is publishing this notice to determine if any other viable sources possess the infrastructure and capability to meet this requirement.
Performance will consist of direct exchange lines and services for 6 months, 60 Channels SIP - T MRC SIP-T for 6 months. It will consist of one base period for 6 months. The Government anticipates making award 27 August 2026. Please note: It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor the Federal Business Opportunity website at SAM.GOV for all subsequent postings.
