The Government is soliciting vendor interest as per the attached sources sought.



Due to the need for unbiased research, the Government intends to execute a justification and approval to limit competition to Unviersity Affiliated Research Centers and Federall Funded Research and Development Centers. Therefore, this solicitation is not likely to be otherwise open for competition.
