Enterprise Applications Technical Services (EATS) is a complex service offering designed to offer its customers leading-edge service delivery in a competitive marketplace. Enterprise Applications seeks support of the current functional and technical baseline and contemplates changes to its services concepts approach. To foster a cohesive environment, projects are conducted collaboratively with Federal government employees and other vendors with access to EATS to make changes/enhancements. EATS provides mission-critical services and support for new and current applications for Treasury and its customers. Applications under EATS may interface with systems within Treasury and at other Federal agencies. Treasury seeks various IT services to support current and future EATS initiatives. The Enterprise Applications Technical Services (EATS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will provide a broad range of programs and technical services to support its customers. The EATS BPA will be responsible for managing, developing, delivering, and supporting various IT Projects, which provide IT Enterprise services across Treasury and its bureaus. A more detailed description of the task areas is outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work Statement. This requirement will be competed on GSA MAS IT schedule under special line item (SIN) number 54151S.
