This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice to gather industry interest and information with respect to a potential Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA): Supply of Herbicide and Pesticide within Piney Woods Region. /// THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. /// INTRODUCTION: The US Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District is issuing the sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for a Firm Fixed-Price, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Supply of Herbicide and Pesticide to serve the Piney Woods Region (PW). The intention is to procure this BPA on a small business set-aside with the intent to establish multiple-award BPA. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future procurement. /// The contemplated procurement methodology will be Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued in compliance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. /// DESCRIPTION: Supply and deliver pesticide to each project office within the Piney Woods Region. Attached is a list of products generally requested as a reference only. Not all products are guaranteed. As new products become available for use, those products may be requested. A custom blend of products may be requested.
