Description

Vendor must provide:



SPT-10-E - Clarifier Separator System or other government approve equal and must conform to the following specifications:




  • 1-10 GPM Clarifier Separator with Electric Pump & Control, 120V

  • Approximate dimensions: 7’L x 2’6” W x 4’-10” H

  • 1-10 GPM Above Ground Clarifier Oil/Water Separator with Sludge Hopper

  • Stainless Steel Construction

  • 30-gallon on-board oil storage tank

  • Advanced coalescing media designed to remove oil droplets greater than 20 microns with a Reynolds Number of less than 500 to maintain laminar flow

  • Stainless Steel inclined plates to capture and contain settable solids

  • Solids storage area

  • Single adjustable rotatable pipe skimmers and 120V disk skimmer with timer

  • Neoprene gasketed removable vapor tight cover for access to chamber compartments

  • 2” Inlet/Outlet- FNPT Fitting and two (2) 2” Oil Outlet-FNPT Fitting

  • Two (2) 2” Vent NPT Fittings to vent unit outside, two (2) 2” Sludge drains and two (2) 1” Drain NPT Fittings

  • Effluent compartment for pump out

  • (1) Electric 10 GPM Diaphragm Transfer Pump System with Electric Controller

  • Gravity drain



One (1) Corrosion Protection Package with:




  • Separator Interior lined with Tnemec 61, 8-10 mils
