The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, personnel, management, and supervision necessary to install the system and provide training. Trained crews will perform complete installation and training. The contractor will install all equipment in strict accordance with approved assembly, installation, and start-up instructions and will ensure that all equipment is in proper working order prior to completion of the project, to include testing each component and assembled item of equipment to demonstrate that it is operating properly, and that controls and safety devices are functioning. This will include the installation of 22 remote bird deterrent units on the airfield, the installation and set up a workstation in building 304, and the installation of the base antenna near building 304. The contractor will ensure and demonstrate that all remote bird deterrent units can be remotely controlled from any point on the airfield. The contractor will ensure that all LP gas cylinders are filled to capacity. The contractor will repair or replace all equipment which is found to be defective or damaged during shipping or installation. The contractor will be responsible for the cleanliness of the work sites. The contractor will train key personnel on the proper use, safety features, and maintenance of all components and systems installed. The contractor will provide operational manuals upon completion of the work.
