The City of Atlanta (the ¿City¿), Department of Human Resources (¿DHR¿) is seeking a qualified Medical Services firm or firm(s) that provides 24-hours, 7 days per week Occupational Medical Services which includes Post Employment Offer Examinations, Fitness for Duty Evaluations, and Physical Ability/Agility Testing. The desired medical service provider should offer services such as pre-employment physical examinations, Commercial Driver¿s License (CDL) medical certifications, Peace Officer Safety Training (P.O.S.T Recertification's), pre-employment physical sworn Police, Fire, and Corrections employees, pre-employment physical out-of-state-all general and sworn Police, Fire, and Correction employees, pre-employment/post offer medical examinations, return to work examinations for safety sensitive positions; special examinations such as hazmat/respirator fit evaluations; COVID-19 testing, medical consultations/testimony; drug and alcohol random-testing, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and pre- employment services.
