Pursuant to Section §2-1188(l) and other relevant sections of the Procurement and Real Estate Code of the City of Atlanta Code of Ordinances (¿City Code¿), the City of Atlanta (¿City¿) issues this Pre-Qualification to IFB seeking qualified and experienced Offerors to replace our existing agenda management, meeting streaming solution (the ¿Project¿) on behalf of the Department of Atlanta City Council ("ACC¿). The cloud-based solution shall manage agendas, minutes, facilitate records management, and support the legislative processes associated with public meetings for the Atlanta City Council, and manage our Boards and Commissions platform. All responses must be submitted electronically via the City of Atlanta's Supplier Portal. Bids or Proposals submitted outside the Supplier Portal will not be accepted.
