Napa County is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for Professional On-Call Airport Consultant Services for Architectural/Engineering; and Environmental/Planning; and Construction Management/Inspection at Napa County Airport for the next five (5) years. Professional, technical and advisory services are needed for projects identified in the current and future Airport’s capital improvement program.

Selection of airport consultant(s) will follow the FAA’s Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, Architectural, Engineering, and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects. Services will be divided into three different disciplines, the first being architectural/engineering, the second being environmental/planning, and the third being construction management/inspection. Respondents are invited to respond to either one, two or all three disciplines.
