Description: McAllen Public Utility is soliciting Statement of Qualifications for Water & Wastewater Utility Engineering Consulting Services for the development of an Engineering Rotation List that may be utilized for a term not to exceed 3 years.

Deadline : Electronic Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) addressed to Mr. Marco A Vega, P.E., General Manager, will be received until Thursday, October, 30, 2025 at 3:00 or p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) . Statements of Qualifications are only to be submitted electronically through the City of McAllen’s bidding portal: https://mcallen.procureware.com , on or before the aforementioned date and time.  Original, hard copy and/or late submittals shall not be accepted.

Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.

Potential Respondents are asked to post their questions on our bidding portal under the tab labeled “Clarifications” under the applicable project number.

The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal considered the best and most advantageous to the City, and to hold the responses for a period of one-hundred twenty ( 120 ) days without taking action.
