SOQ for Planning Services

The City of Maumelle is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from firms that

provide professional planning services. All SOQs received will be retained on file for a

period of one (1) year and may be used as a reference in the procurement of planning

services during that time.

To be considered, two (2) hard copies of your Statement of Qualifications must be delivered

Submissions must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., January 30, 2026. Email

This solicitation is part of the City’s annual RFQ process and is issued with no specific

project in mind. The City of Maumelle reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to

waive any formalities or technicalities.
