SOQ ERO DO #05-F-1-25/26 - Airport Consultant Services

The County Commissioners of Carroll County (the County) seeks to establish an open-end, indefinite delivery Contract to perform various Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services primarily related to Airport Capital Improvement Projects (ACIP) at the Carroll County Regional Airport (DMW), Westminster, MD. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will identify a qualified consultant to perform the anticipated scope of services listed below. The County is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the anticipated scope of services outlined by this solicitation. The County seeks to establish a Professional Services Agreement with an Airport Consultant with demonstrated and significant airport planning, design, development and construction administration experience. The proposed length of services will be for one (1) year with four (4) one-year renewal options pending fiscal availability and good performance.
