SOQ ERO DO #02-F-3-24/25 - Adult Targeted Case Management

Each Core Service Agency (CSA) or Local Behavioral Health Authority (LBHA) acting as the designee of the Maryland Department of Health (hereafter known as “the Department”), shall complete a competitive procurement for its respective jurisdiction. The Carroll County Health Department Local Behavioral Health authority in fulfillment of its role as the LBHA for Carroll County is responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring of publicly funded mental health services at the local level. This responsibility includes the competitive selection at least once every five years of one or more qualified community mental health providers to render Targeted Case Management (TCM) for adults within the Fee-for-Service (FFS) Public Behavioral Health System (PBHS) in Carroll County.
