SOQ 25-450-CP, Pre-Qualification for Green Valley Fire Station

Due Date: April 1, 2025, before 3:00 PM. Interested Contractors must submit a Contractor Prequalification Application and receive approval to submit a bid.   Prequalification application must be received no later than April 1, 2025, by 3:00 PM.  Interested Contractors are encouraged to submit their prequalification applications as early as possible.

Applications for prequalification shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Work of the Green Valley Fire Station 25 is defined by the Contract Documents and includes all civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical, fire protection, cost estimating, and related disciplines.

Challenges expected on this project include the following:

A.    Under-slab radiant floor heating system serving apparatus bay
B.    Accordion-style apparatus bay doors

The contractor should be able to demonstrate a past history of completing similar projects within schedule and budget.

A set of drawings are available on the Office of Procurement & Contracting website.  It is recommended that Contractors seeking prequalification review the documents in order to acquaint themselves with the scope of work prior to submitting an application.
