Summary

Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. §41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department) has a requirement for the ADOT Administration Annex Renovation Project.

Process

The Pre-Offer Conference will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025 at 10 AM Arizona Time via Google Meet. You are required to RSVP to Elizabeth Blakley at eblakley@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) for those that will be in attendance no later than 8 AM Monday, August 4, 2025 to receive a calendar invite for the Google Meeting.

Additionally, a mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 10 AM Arizona Time. You are required to RSVP to Elizabeth Blakley at eblakley@azdot.gov. Include the attendee name(s), organization, email(s) and phone number(s) no later than  4PM Tuesday, August 5, 2025.
