L’Agence procède à un Appel d’offres public puisqu’elle entame un programme de transformation et de modernisation numérique. Dans le cadre de ce programme, l’Agence souhaite se doter d’un progiciel de gestion intégré (PGI) en mode infonuagique de type logiciel en tant que service, ou Software as a Service (« SaaS ») pour la gestion des finances, de l’approvisionnement et des stocks, sur la base des besoins exprimés au présent Appel d’offres. De plus, le Soumissionnaire devra offrir des Services professionnels pour le déploiement, la formation et le soutien postimplantation de cette Solution, tel que plus amplement décrit dans les Documents d’appel d’offres.
