Description:

The Work, officially known as “Solids Handling Building Roof Replacement,” consists of replacement of the existing roofing on the Solids Handling Building, including removal of the existing roofing to accommodate the new roof installation. The Work includes disposal of removed roofing materials, installation of new insulation boards and ballasted membrane roofing system, flashing of all penetrations, flashing parapets, gravel stops, and drip edges, and concrete roof pavers. New roof shall be provided with a 20-year labor and material warranty.
