The awarded contractor will be required to sign a binding Agreement with the City for a five (5) year term with an option to extend for one (1) additional five (5) year term, upon mutually written agreement via amendment. Upon any approved extension of the Agreement, the terms and conditions shall remain as stated herein.

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly experienced, qualified, and applicably licensed contractor to provide comprehensive commercial and residential solid waste and recycling services within the City of Bentonville’s jurisdiction, for the City of Bentonville Utility Billing and Collections Department. Services shall include but not be limited to the collection, transportation, disposal, processing, and marketing for City facilities, commercial, and residential solid waste and recycling. The awarded contractor will be required to sign a binding Agreement with the City for a five (5) year term with an option to extend for one (1) additional five (5) year term, upon mutually written agreement via amendment. Upon any approved extension of the Agreement, the terms and conditions shall remain as stated herein.
