The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain on-call and scheduled hauling services from a qualifiedfirm to provide the necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision for solid waste and recyclablematerials hauling services at various sites throughout Fauquier County. All services shall be provided in accordancewith the specifications contained herein and attached hereto. This solicitation is issued by the Fauquier CountyGovernment and Public Schools Procurement Division on behalf of the County of Fauquier, a political subdivision ofthe Commonwealth of Virginia, herein referred to collectively as âOwnerâ.
