The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, containers, insurance, and expertise to collect, remove solid waste from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) and Martin State (MTN) Airports and to transport the solid waste to an appropriate facility for disposal and to collect and remove recyclables from BWI Thurgood Marshall and MTN and to transport the recyclables to an appropriate facility for recycling accordance with these specifications.
