Park in Manitoba. ECC will require the rental of bins for these services. The bins need to be wildlife resistant with locking lids to prevent wildlife (bears) from accessing waste.
Wildlife human conflict has been prevalent with current the system and wildlife resistant bins will help prevent conflicts. 6 yard bins are preferred to minimize bins and handle
the volume of waste in the area. Daily pickups will be required to maintain the bins.
