Solid Waste Landfill Disposal Services - FCC Butner

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, located in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to solicit for the provision of Solid Waste Landfill Disposal Services for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Butner, located at Old NC Hwy 75, Butner, NC 27509.

The contract type will be an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The contract period will consist of a base period from effective date of award through 12 months, and 4 one-year option periods for renewal, at the unilateral discretion of the government. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code is 562212 – Solid Waste Landfill.

Required services must be provided by the Contractor in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), which will be available at the time of solicitation. The solicitation will be made available on or about July 21, 2025, and will be distributed solely through this website at www.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
