INVITATION TO BID

The City of Marietta/Board of Lights and Water will receive bids from qualified firms at 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta in accordance with Bidding Documents for:

Bids will be received by the Purchasing Division, 1 ^st floor, City Hall, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060 until 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 10:00 am at the city of Marietta Public Works Department located at 725 North Marietta Parkway, Marietta GA  30060.

Contract if and when awarded will be on the basis of information contained in the Bid Documents and other information as requested. Bids must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after bid opening.

City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the bids.
