Solid Waste Convenience Center Fence Bid

The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for: Installation of approximately 1500 linear feet of Commercial Grade 6 foot tall, galvanized chain link fence at the Bulloch County Solid Waste Convenience Center located at 280 Pine Inn Road as per scope of work and specifications provided within the bid package.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on February 4, 2026, at 11:00 AM, at the Bulloch County Solid Waste Convenience Center, located at 280 Pine Inn Road, Statesboro, GA 30458. All contractors wishing to submit a bid must attend this pre-bid meeting. If the contractor or a representative of the contractor does not attend this meeting, any submission for this project will be rejected.

The deadline for receipt of sealed bids is 3:00 PM, February 17, 2026. Late bids will not be considered. Prospective bidders shall file all documents necessary to support their bids. Faxed or e-mailed bids will not be accepted.

Bidders are responsible for the actual delivery of sealed bids during normal business hours to the Bulloch County Board of Commissioners, 115 North Main Street, Statesboro, Georgia 30458. The original bid and three (3) copies along with supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope. At the time and date of the bid deadline, the bids will be publicly opened, and cost components read aloud at the Bulloch County Commissioners North Main Annex, at the above referenced address.

The outside of the sealed envelope shall include the wording: Bulloch County Solid Waste Pine Inn Convenience Center Fence Contract; Bid Opening: February 17, 2025 @ 3:00 PM; Attn: Peyton Fuller, Procurement Director.
