Solid Waste Collection Services

The City of Montgomery seeks to engage a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive solid waste collection, hauling, and disposal services within Districts 1, 8, and 9. These services are a vital component of the City’s commitment to maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary neighborhoods for all residents and businesses. The work performed under this contract shall ensure the efficient collection, transportation, and lawful disposal of household solid waste, yard debris, bulky waste, and other materials, all in strict accordance with the City’s Solid Waste Ordinance (Chapter 25 of the City Code) and all applicable state and federal regulations.
