NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that the City of Vermillion, South Dakota will receive, publicly open and read bids and proposals at City Hall located at 25 Center Street on the 1st day of July 2025, at 2:00p.m. The bids will be acted upon by the City Council at City Hall located at 25 Center Street on the 7th day of July 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The materials and services required are as follows:

Solid waste collection services for the City of Vermillion at the following locations:

Municipal Service Center (115 W. Duke); Waste Water Treatment Plant (1530 S. Dakota); Bluff’s Golf Course Club House (2021 E. Main); Edith B. Siegrist Vermillion Public Library (18 Church); Vermillion Fire and EMS, Station 1 (820 N. Dakota); Water Plant (1530 S. Dakota); City Hall (25 Center); Airport (1225 S. Dakota); Prentis Park Baseball Fields (800 E. Clark); Prentis Plunge (800 E. Clark); Lion’s Park (615 Princeton); and Barstow Park (603 Carr).

Copies of the specifications are available for review at the office of the City Engineer, 25 Center Street, Vermillion, South Dakota, 57069.

Payment for the materials and services herein provided for will be in cash.

The City of Vermillion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
