The County of Carroll, Virginia (the âCountyâ) owns and operates a solid waste collection and recycling collection facility commonly referred to as the Cana Convenience Waste Center (the âFacilityâ). The County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate the Facility and provide solid waste collection and recycling services to the public, in addition to hauling the collected waste to the Carroll-Grayson-Galax Regional Solid Waste County Landfill.
