Description

1. This Request for Quote (RFQ) W912CH-25-Q-0062, will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order for the procurement of the following:

Quantity: 41 EA with a 100% option available

2. The Technical Data Package (TDP) for this solicitation resides on SAM.gov associated with this solicitation number: W912CH-25-Q-0062.



3. Packaging requirements are in accordance with Section D - PACKAGING AND MARKING, D.001 PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS.



4. The contractor is authorized to ship deliveries early at no additional cost to the Government.



5. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist (lyndsey.m.pena.civ@army.mil) and cc the

corresponding Contracting Officer (katherine.e.macfarland.civ@army.mil) and secondary Contract Specialist Diana Jones (HYPERLINK "mailto:diana.jones47.civ@army.mil"diana.jones47.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W912CH-25-Q-0062 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission.
