Summary:Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials and supervision for janitorial services at our Boat Harbor Treatment Plant location in accordance with the requirements, Scope of Work, line item description, and Terms and Conditions . The contract term shall be from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, with HRSD reserving the option to renew annually until the facility's planned closure in December 2027.
