The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking re-bid from interested parties for the
demo/rehab, exterior/ interior on #48 (4br) apartment, located at “Leon Daniel Heights” Tahlequah,
Oklahoma. This job is to be performed from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5 days week M-F or Housing
Authority of Cherokee Nation work hours and must be completed in 25 working days or
$100.00 per working day will be charged to the contractor for each day of extension over the presented
construction end date. To be considered a responsive/responsible bidder, the mandatory bid
response sheet must be fully completed.
