Invitation for Bids
SOLICITATION No. 25020 STEELCASE AND HERMAN MILLER FURNITURE (OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCT LINE BY OTHER MANUFACTURERS)
The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission is now seeking a qualified and experienced Company to furnish, deliver and install new Steelcase and Herman Miller Office Furniture (or equivalent product line by other manufacturers) for its Information Technology (IT) Staff Office and for the Airport Badging Office.
The Airport encourages disadvantaged, small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises to submit a response to this solicitation.
Responses are due in the Airport Commission office at 2:00 PM (local time) Thursday, May 1, 2025.
A Pre-response Meeting will be held at 2:00 PM (local time) on Friday, April 18, 2025, in the Airport Commission office. All prospective respondents are encouraged to attend, either in person or via a Microsoft Teams meeting. The complete RFQ package, including the Microsoft Teams instructions, will be posted on the Airports’ Online Bidding Portal: https://clintonairport.diversitycompliance.com/ .

The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that for any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, all businesses will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and no businesses will be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin (including limited English proficiency), creed, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability in consideration for an award.
