Residential Demolition Project
The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission is now seeking a qualified and experienced Company for the demolition of eight (8) residential structures and related site appurtenances. The work includes offsite removal of structures, capping of related sanitary lines, gas lines, electrical service feeds, and site fill/grading, all to be let under one prime contract.
Responses are due in the Airport Commission office at 1:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, April 2nd, 2026.
A Mandatory Pre-bid conference and Site Tour will be held at 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, March 19th, 2025, at JL Hawkins Street, Little Rock, AR 72206, then proceed to the remaining demolition sites. Subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting but are not required to attend. The Owner reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
