Description

Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00022 is hereby issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Indian Health Service (IHS) with the Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), has a requirement for one (1) Podiatrist Non-Personal Healthcare Services for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC) in Zuni, New Mexico.



This solicitation is set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) pursuant to the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C 47 as the first (1st) tier. If IHS, does not receive reasonably priced offers from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE), then IHS will evaluate quotes and consider award to other small business concerns, under the following cascading set-asides.



2nd Tier- Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business



3rd Tier- Certified HubZone Small Business



4th Tier- Small Disadvantage Business



5th Tier- All Other Small Business Concerns
