This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to
accomplish the inspection and overhaul for the following assets:

ESTIMATED QTY Range: 20 Minimum - 312 Maximum)(Maximum includes a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) quantity of 52

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336412 and the size standard is 1,500
employees.
The proposed contractual action is a five (5) year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) maintenance and overhaul contract. The Starter, Engine Hydr is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Depot Maintenance Requirement (DMWR)55-2995-108, Revision date 12/09/2013, Change #0.) has been identified for this requirement. The overhaul shall be accomplished in accordance with Government specifications.
Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible
sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date
annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date the solicitation is released; however, the
solicitation will not post prior to the closing date stated above.
