USU Center for Instructional Design and Innovation (CIDI) on behalf of Provost's office, will be renewing with Interfolio. Interfolio has some unique features, including the ability to define standing committees for default inclusion with reviews, the ability to associate multiple self-contained committees in a single step, the ability to recuse administrators or members of a standing committee from specific cases at specific steps, the ability to record committee votes, end-to-end management of the external review process (including CV and bio collection) and resend requests, and lastly, a document viewer that handles candidate bookmarking and allows for annotation, offline viewing, and candidate control over presentation.
