The City of DeBary has determined that a sole source purchase of small equipment, parts, and repairs for Toro products from Wesco Turf, Inc. is justified. This decision is supported by several factors, including the proven reliability and longevity of the products, readily available parts, specialized mechanic training and service, reduced inventory costs, minimized equipment downtime, and decreased time spent by City mechanics on routine maintenance.
