This procurement is sole source for the following reasons: the E3 software is only available from Zuken USA. Additionally, the software is sold and distributed exclusively by Zuken USA. All purchases of these products must be made directly from Zuken USA. No third parties, agents, resellers, or dealers are authorized to market, sell, or otherwise represent these products on behalf of Zuken USA.
