Summary

ADHS is seeking to enter into a Sole Source contract with Hologic, Inc.  to purchase consumables, supplies, reagents and services to maintain the Hologic Panther and Panther Fusions instruments in working order.  The Contract term will be for an initial one (1) year period with the option to renew annually, not to exceed five (5) years.  The total contract not to exceed (NTE) spend is estimated to be $1,200,000.
