Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the City's Procurement Policy Board Rules, the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) intends to enter into a sole source negotiation with Viken Detection Corporation for provision of Pb200i/e XRF Lead Paint Analyzers and accessories, as well as service thereto. Viken is the sole source provider, service center and US distributor of these proprietary goods. Any firm believing it is qualified to provide these goods is invited to submit their Expression of Interest response through PASSPort or send an email to the HPD Agency Contact person. Please indicate your interest by responding to this RFI EPIN: 80625Y0140 no later than response due date.
