The purpose of this sole source modification is to extend the final period of performance for the NCATS Scientific and Technology Program Support (STPS) for three additional months in order to continue to provide comprehensive support for the integrated scientific environment supporting NCATS. The statutory authority for this sole source modification is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government.
