Sole Source Notice Mass Spectrometer Gas Analyzer

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Mechanicsburg Office intends to solicit and award a sole source requirement for a Mixed Gas Analyze (MATE MGA) and added Helium with Sample Altitude Measurement (SAM) in support of Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) in Groton, CT.

This purchase will be performed under Simplified Acquisition Proceudres under Other than Full and Open competition environment, as authorized under FAR Overhaul 6.103-1.

This notice is not a request for quotes or offers. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
