	WA DOH intends to award a sole source contract amendment for $1,354,520 for continued work as described in the original contract to ManTech Advanced Systems International Inc. to provide enhancements to existing functionality of the WA State Health and Life Events System (WHALES). This adds funding through 12/31/2025, and adds federal COVID-19 funds to meet data modernization requirements set by the Electronic Lab Capacity Grant from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
