Summary

This request for a vendor to provide: liquid oxygen/cylinder rental and supplies. Quotes shall include pricing for: 160-liter liquid oxygen holding tank, Tank Refill, Tank Rental and Delivery Charge. Vender will pick up empty tank from the Public Safety building located at 6575 North W Street and swap them out with refilled liquid tanks weekly. Estimated quantities for each are 75 160-liter refills, tank rental of two 160-liter tanks for 365 days and 75 deliveries.
